Sutra Neti and its Benefits

Sutra Neti also helps to keep the nasal passage clean. Just the technique of performing Sutra Neti is different from Jal Neti. This is performed by the use of a cord or thread made of cotton. It is inserted from the nostril and comes out of the mouth. It helps to keep bacteria at bay.

It’s a great place for natural healing. Dr Anu Jaiswal is very good with nadi parikshan and suggests natural ways of healing. I don’t used to visit doctors but now she is my regular :)

My husband is suffering from AVN.We got surgery done but still he didn't get much relief and from past 10 months, he is having pain killers on a daily basis. Vedic Sutra treated him with different therapies, medication, exercises. Now he is not having any pain killers and there is drastic pain reduction and he also reduced 12 kg. They provided personal attention to his sufferings.Thanks to Vedic Sutra Wellness center!

My thyroid issue became worse after taking medicines prescribed by the doctor. I felt something unusual in my body soon after I started taking the medicines like tiredness, breathlessnes and my weight also increased. So I stopped taking her medicines in 15 days thought she prescribed for 30 days and after that I got my TSH test done. It was 8.6, which was so much higher than what it was when I was just taking allopathic medicines. It was 5.2 earlier.I would not recommend this clinic for thyroid treatment atleast.

I have had an amazing experience with Vedic Sutra. Every detail of the process and it's outcome(s) was explained to me clearly in advance by the Dr. The massage therapies were excellent. My body feels rejuvenated like a new and clean one, as well as got a weight loss just what I was told. I visited Vedic Sutra wellness centre for my therepy session. It was a wonderful experience. Got marma potli therepy, which helped me relax and relieve my pain. Enjoyed it very much. The therapist was very good and friendly. Also got netra tarpan which was for the eye relaxation. Felt all the stress releasing away from my eyes. The ambience of the clinic is very soothing and peaceful. Consulted the doctor for my chronic disease. She was very patient while listening and guided me well. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend everyone who is willing to heal their body and mind to go to Vedic Sutra. Great job 👍
